A new mobile app completely tailored for monitoring
With the release of the new mobile app for Monitor, we are also launching our new mobile strategy - making focused apps tailored for specific needs in Komfo. Say goodbye to cluttered mobile interfaces and hello to speed and efficiency on the go.
How to use the app
The new Komfo Monitor app is available for iPhone and Android. Once you’ve downloaded it, you log in in the same way as you do on desktop (email and password combination or social login).

The Komfo Mobile app supports the same key features as Monitor on desktop - and a few more cool add-ons. Here’s some of the the key features you’re getting:
- Monitor hundreds of channels
- Favorite channels for easy access to your “hot” channels (only on mobile)
- Answer all messages across all social media networks
- Add labels to your messages for easy categorization and statistics
- Optimize your workflow with automated sentiment tracking
- Assign messages to coworkers and add internal notes
- Use smart locking to avoid colleagues answering the same message
- Get notifications when someone assigns an item to you or when new items arrive in your inbox (only on mobile)
To favorite a channel, simply swipe left and mark it with a star. The selected channels will then appear at the top of your list of channels.
In the notifications settings, you can choose to be notified when someone assigns a new message to you and when there’s a new item in your inbox.
The settings can be changed easily to meet your needs. For example: switch on notifications on new items during evenings and weekends and switch them off during work hours when you work in Monitor on desktop.
