What you need to know
Do you have multiple users for managing your social media accounts? Want to know how to remove a user's access? As an admin in Komfo, you can control exactly which channels a user is able to access and what role this user should have on the specific channel.
When creating a new user in Komfo, you need to give them permissions to work on one or several of your social media channels. Missing this step means that the user cannot work on any of these channels.
As an admin in Komfo, you can provide other user permissions easily. Here's how to do it: go to your user list and find the specific user. Click on the button placed on the right-hand side named - "View user permissions".
Next, click on the button placed in the upper right-hand corner: "Give more permissions"
Here you can control which channels the user should have acces to and what role this user should have on the specific channel.
In Komfo, there are three roles to choose from:
- Content creator: This role gives the user permissions to work in the Publish section, the Monitor section, the Advertise section (if they are added to an Advertise team), and the Measure section
- Moderator: This role gives the user permissions to work in the Monitor section
- Insight analyst: This role gives the user permissions to work in the Measure section
